About Us

How We Work

All the meals are produced in a central kitchen with a proposed capacity of up to 25000 Meals a day. They are ssigned every morning to distribution hubs located throughout the city. Each hub has a team of 10-20 vendors who transport the meals to their sales locations on IdlyumGo E-Rikshaw Food Carts..

Our Mission

All efforts are being made to ensure a minimum carbon footprint in both the production and distribution of the Meals. The food will be cooked on solar heaters, then packaged and served in natural, biodegradable material. All the waste collected will be used for compost. Leftover Meals will be distributed every evening to the underprivileged.

Tradition Served on a Leaf

At Idlyum Go, we believe that the best recipes are the ones passed down through generations. Our journey began with a simple mission: to bring the honest, vibrant flavors of a South Indian home to your table. From the gentle steam of our fluffy idlis to the golden crunch of our ghee-roast dosas, every dish is served just as it should be—on a fresh banana leaf, prepared with patience, and seasoned with love.
